Kim Ji-Yong is a young man. He is a model student at a police university. When Kim Ji Yong was a child, his mother was beaten to brutally. She died during the violent incidence. The culprit in the incident received only three and a half years of imprisonment.
After a long time, Kim Ji Yong encounters her mother’s killer. The killer is still the same. Ji Young took the matter into his own hands and beat the culprit brutally. He decides to punish every culprit who keeps on doing criminal activities even after getting punished by law.
He started to punish the criminal in his own way. He keeps his real identity undercover and calls himself Vigilante. The news of his doing starts to spread throughout the city. A private detective starts to chase him after he gets publicity. He wants to reveal the real identity of Vigilante. Meanwhile, Ji Yong gets help from an admirer named Cha Kang Ok. Will Ji Yong’s real identity be revealed by the detective?
