Vikrant Massey shared old memories
Vikrant Massey is strengthening his presence as a bankable actor through his films. He has been in the news ever since the success of his last film ’12th Fail’. These days he is making headlines for his upcoming film ‘The Sabarmati Report’. Recently, in a conversation with Barkha Dutt, he talked about his family challenges, in which he told how it was very difficult to raise four people due to his father’s own challenges.
Inspired to earn money from the age of 17
During this conversation, he recalled how a disturbing experience at his father’s office inspired him to start working at the age of 17. The actor said that his father belonged to a rich and successful family, which ended due to a family feud. Calling it a classic 1970s story, he said that after the feud, his father was not able to live again the way he wanted, but he did whatever he could to the best of his ability.

Vikrant further said that while growing up he realised the importance of money and the respect it brings. The actor further said that at the age of 17, when he was in dire need of money, he went to his father’s office
The atmosphere was expected, but he saw a pile of cigarette ashes on his father’s desk, which disturbed him deeply, as he then saw the look in his father’s eyes and felt his condition.
