Viral Video: A video is becoming viral rapidly on social media in which a man is seen urinating on the Metro tracks. After watching this 10-second video, social media users severely criticized him. In the video, he is seen urinating on the track from the platform. Despite his video being recorded in a public place, the man continues to urinate, meanwhile two male passengers are seen passing by him.
In the video, a railway staff member intervened and took the man away from there. The video also shows that the man did not protest or react to the actions of the staff member. The social media user who shared the video claimed that the man is Japanese. Sharing the video, the user wrote, ‘Let me tell all Indians that yes, there is filth in India but filth is not only in India and other countries are not heaven by any means because the media rarely shows you what filth happens around the world. A Japanese man is comfortably urinating in a metro station.’

After watching the video, most people also asked whether the person was drunk at that time. Some people have also reacted to the lack of shame of the person in the footage. One user wrote, ‘Many public sidewalks in Europe, especially in France, are stained with urine.’ Another user praised the authorities for taking timely action. He said, ‘Well, at least the Japanese authorities handled it within 10 seconds.’
It is worth noting that this is not the first time such an incident has come to light. A similar incident took place at the Delhi Metro station in 2022 as well. A video of a man urinating on the tracks of the metro station went viral, seeing which the netizens were enraged. Soon the DMRC responded to the viral tweet and asked the name of the metro station for further investigation. Then the user replied that it is ‘Malviya Nagar Metro Station’.
