The YouTube channel has not disclosed the name of the production house and owner. But the pictures and views used in the video hint that this is Kangana Ranaut‘s office. Many social media users also speculated in the comment section that this is Kangana’s house and office. The video shows that the size of the house is 285 square meters, whose construction area is 3042 square feet.

Apart from this, there is 500 square feet additional parking area. This bungalow has two floors and its price is Rs 40 crore. Is their house for sale or not? BMC had run bulldozer on Kangana Ranaut’s house in 2020:

In September 2020, BMC had demolished parts of Kangana Ranaut‘s office-house in Bandra, citing illegal construction. On September 9, the demolition work was stopped midway after the stay order of the Bombay High Court. Kangana filed a case against BMC and also demanded Rs 2 crore as compensation from BMC, but withdrew her demand in May 2023.
