Aamir Khan: Hirani said- he does not need stardom
One of the most iconic actors of Indian cinema, Aamir Khan is known for delivering consistent hits at the box office. However, Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Hirani are one of the most successful actor-director pairs in Indian cinema. Be it 3 Idiots, or their other film PK, both the films were a huge success worldwide. Now recently, the director has made some interesting revelations about Aamir in the film 3 Idiots.
Recently, in an interview Rajkumar Hirani was asked that many stars of South Cinema wear very simple clothes and sometimes it becomes impossible to distinguish them from the crowd that gathers to cheer them. On this Hirani shared an anecdote related to Aamir Khan and told that an actor does not always need stardom.
He said, “When I went to narrate 3 Idiots to Aamir Khan, he was wearing a normal dress and torn rubber slippers. It is all about being comfortable as an actor. An actor doesn’t always need to be a star.”
Rajkumar Hirani is known for making films like Sanjay Dutt‘s ‘Munnabhai MBBS’ and ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’, Aamir Khan’s ‘3 Idiots’ and ‘PK’, Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Sanju’ and Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Dunky’.
